Individual Sessions
Initial Consultation
All in person sessions will commence with a 90 minute assessment of your chronic muscle tension. You will be taught 2-3 somatic movement exercises (SME) that will begin your pathway of addressing your habitual patterns and areas of pain.
Based on the assessment, I will create a program of somatic movement exercises that directly address your postural and pain issues.
I recommend no less than 12 sessions (one session per week) to receive the most benefit. After each session SME will be practiced on your own time typically 4 – 5 times a week for 15 – 20 minutes to achieve the best results.
Over time as you learn how to read your body, you will be able to recognize the somatic movement exercises that best address your habitual patterns and keep you out of pain.
After the consultation you will choose a bundle package of either 3, 6, or 12 sessions.

all sessions thereafter will be charged at the lowest cost of $100 per session.*
